Refund policy

Of course, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied and you wish to exchange or get a refund, please keep reading. 

Store credit is the ONLY form of refund offered. 

If items are returned, items must be returned within 14 days upon arrival, they also must be unworn, unwashed, and still have original tags still attached. You will receive your full exchange or refund on the platform you made the purchase from. 

Items returned 15-20 days after delivery date, will receive only 75% credit of price paid at time of purchase.

After 21 days after delivery date, items do not qualify for exchange/refund.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

As of now, accessories(hygiene purposes) and sale items(30%+ off) are FINAL SALE.
